We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM – Core & Compensation Lead to support a high-visibility Workday implementation. This role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Core HCM and Compensation modules while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities- Lead design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Core HCM and Compensation
- Drive and facilitate client workshops and meetings to achieve timely decisions
- Own and maintain design documents, decision documents, and RAID logs
- Translate business requirements into Workday configurations and best-practice solutions
- Support tenant build activities, testing, and defect resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Workday implementation experience
- Workday HCM Core certification (required)
- Experience leading Workday functional work streams and client-facing discussions
- Workday Compensation certification
- Prior experience in large-scale or complex Workday implementations

- Defect Resolution
- Configuration Workbook
- Business Process Workbook
- Gap Definition Document updates
Approved travel expenses will be reimbursed, including airfare, train, hotel, per diem, and local transportation (Taxi/Uber), if required.
