Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor de correcte uitvoering van payroll en HR-taken vanuit een hybride werkplek. Je werkt autonoom en samen met andere collega's om de processen te optimaliseren en klanten te adviseren over sociaal-juridische zaken. Een sterke interesse in payroll en HR-administratie is vereist, evenals sociale vaardigheid in communicatie in het Nederlands, Frans of Engels.
