Position: Military Recruiting Programs Specialist (100% Remote Anywhere)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage the employer's Department of War Skill Bridge Program, fostering partnerships with military organizations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Active Duty Military, Veterans, and Military Spouse networking groups
  • Execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates from both traditional and non-traditional sources
  • Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate communications, selection, and negotiation processes
  • Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams on salary recommendations and offers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting or equivalent related experience
  • Proven experience in recruiting for a diverse range of positions at a national level
  • Knowledge of recruiting processes, including legal constraints and interviewing techniques
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with various stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Power Point
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous military service or experience managing veteran and military spouse hiring initiatives
  • Familiarity with military and veteran service organizations and programs
