• Develop and maintain project plans supporting HR programs and initiatives
• Coordinate teams across the HR function and outside to deliver successful projects
• Establish project management processes to ensure projects meet quality standards
• Provide clear and concise status updates and reports to various levels of the organization
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle indirect staff

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years of HR Technology and/or related HR Systems experience
  
  Experience with Workday technology implementation
• Ability to work on Eastern Time

• HR operational experience in benefits, recruiting, learning, and compensation
