People Operations Analyst

• Analyze and report on key People metrics to provide actionable recommendations to leadership
• Support the development and maintenance of People insights dashboards for data-driven decision‑making
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory reporting requirements
• Manage key operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employment verifications
• Assist with general People team inquiries via internal chat and email

• Minimum 2 years of experience in People Operations, HR analytics, or a similar HR support role
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Rippling, Betterworks, or comparable platforms
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information professionally

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is a plus
• Working knowledge of HR compliance best practices
