- Analyze and report on key People metrics to provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Support the development and maintenance of People insights dashboards for data-driven decision‑making
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory reporting requirements
- Manage key operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employment verifications
- Assist with general People team inquiries via internal chat and email
- Minimum 2 years of experience in People Operations, HR analytics, or a similar HR support role
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Rippling, Betterworks, or comparable platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information professionally
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is a plus
- Working knowledge of HR compliance best practices
