Senior Recruiter - Bilingual; English​/French

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in packaging solutions, is seeking a Senior Recruiter - Bilingual (English/French) to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Recruiter - Bilingual (English/French), you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department supporting talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Recruiter - Bilingual (English/French)

Location: Primarily remote with some travel to sites in the GTA

Pay Range: $70-$78K ( based on experience )

Timings: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

What's the Job?

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for salaried (white-collar) positions, from identifying staffing needs to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and advise on market trends and candidate profiles.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and maintain excellent service throughout all recruitment stages.
• Monitor and evaluate recruitment KPIs and SLAs, implementing improvements as needed.
• Create compelling job postings and develop sourcing strategies using platforms such as Linked In and Indeed.

What's Needed?

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly with white-collar roles.
• CPHR designation is an asset.
• Reliable transportation for site visits is an asset.
