You'll help build teams through recruitment and candidate assessment. • Support offer negotiations and placement processes.

• Stay informed about market trends to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and candidate information.
• Work with internal teams to understand hiring needs.

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with the US market recruitment.
