As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, emailing, texting, calling, and qualifying industry professionals across several domains (IT/Engineering, Banking, Manufacturing, and more). You will gained continued education on a vast variety of skill sets and educate our clients and the applicant market on data pertaining to hiring trends, pay rates, technology trends, and many other disciplines.

Your day-to-day will include…

• Sourcing candidates on job‑seeker platforms such as Linked In, Dice, Indeed, and others.
• Interviewing qualified candidates against highly technical requirements.
• Negotiating with key stakeholders and job‑seekers in order to connect the interests of each side.
• Prepping candidates and debriefing with them before and after interviews.
• Providing full‑circle services for candidates (resume writing and formatting, interview preparation, scheduling, and debriefing, securing offers, and more!).
• Partnering with internal Account Managers and other Recruiters to provide the best service possible to our clients and candidates.

• Prior professional experience in Recruiting, IT, Sales, Customer Service, and/or Hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for negotiation.
• A heightened sense of urgency and desire to work in an ever‑changing, fast‑paced environment.
• A problem‑solving mindset and ability to align the interests of diverse groups of people.
• Adept organizational skills with a penchant for identifying areas for improved efficiency.

• Prior experience working as a Technical Recruiter within an agency setting.
• Professional experience defining technical requirements across a variety of skill sets (Software Engineering, Project Management, Data Engineering, and many others).
• Experience working in a call center environment.
• A demonstrated history of sourcing candidates/clients, lead generation and tracking, and Boolean writing on recruitment platforms such as Linked In, Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.
