Position: Construction Recruitment Consultant (Permanent)
Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated recruiter who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client relationships, and deliver high-quality candidates across the construction sector. Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full 360° recruitment process within the construction sector

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

* Source, screen, and place candidates across a range of construction roles (e.g. trades, white-collar, technical, or management – depending on experience)

* Conduct business development activities, including client meetings and account management

* Negotiate terms, fees, and contracts with clients and candidates

* Ensure compliance with industry standards, legislation,

* Meet and exceed agreed KPIs and revenue targets

Key Requirements

* Proven experience as a Construction Recruitment Consultant

* Strong knowledge of the construction industry and recruitment market

* Ability to work independently and manage your own desk

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Strong negotiation and sales ability

* Results-driven with a proactive approach

* Comfortable working flexibly and managing your own time effectively

Desirable

* Established client or candidate network within construction

* Experience in temporary, contract, or permanent recruitment

* Valid UK driving licence (if client visits are required)
