Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist; Remote

CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us expand our reach to top behavioral health talent. CHE is a premier provider of psychology and psychiatry services with 500+ clinicians across 12 states. • Proactively source and engage candidates for psychology and psychiatry roles
• Leverage sourcing tools and job boards including Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter
• Partner with recruiters to build strong talent pipelines and support active hiring needs
• Track sourcing activity and engagement to continuously improve outreach strategies
• Own and grow our social media recruiting presence across platforms like Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, and professional groups
• Actively engage in online groups and forums to build relationships and increase brand visibility

• 2+ years of candidate sourcing or recruiting experience with a strong focus on social media and digital channels
• Hands‑on experience using Linked In and other sourcing platforms
• Strong written communication skills and a creative approach to candidate engagement
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast paced environment
• Healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience is a plus
