Title: HR Generalist
Location: Omaha, NE
Hybrid: Work from home on Fridays

We are actively seeking an HR Generalist to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!
This role’s primary responsibility will be to perform professional level human resources work with responsibilities in functional areas including benefits, leave, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, administrative, special projects and more.
As our HR Generalist, you’ll make an impact by:- Administering all corporate benefit plans, including the annual Open Enrollment process, compliance requirements, vendor relationships and employee inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate and complete data in the HRIS including processing and auditing employee information, completing required HR filings, internal ad hoc reporting support, and system-based HR initiatives.
- Managing all company leaves of absence including claim processing, tracking and record keeping.
- Supporting
HR Business Partner team with administrative tasks such as paperwork, documentation storage, projects, performance management cycle and new hire orientation. - Communicating with employees on matters related to company policy, compliance, culture, engagement, legislation and more.
- Participating in training and development preparation and execution across the organization.
- Overseeing HR system implementations, EDI maintenance, and carrier connection feeds.
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of relevant Human Resources experience required
- Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms
- Ability to develop effective relationships with key people both inside and outside the organization.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
