- Plan,organize,andoverseeallfacetsofthe
Human
Resourcesdepartmenttoensureequitable treatment of all employees, in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. - Assumeresponsibilityforfosteringaninclusiveandproductiveworkenvironmentandculture.
- Implementemployeeprograms,policies,and procedures.
- Serveasavaluableresourcetodepartmentmanagersandotheremployees,actingastheliaison between Home Office HR and hospital management.
- Coordinatestaffeducationprograms,oversee workers'compensation program,andassistwith benefits administration.
- Directhospitalrecruitmentandretentionprogramtoensureavailabilityofappropriatestaffing resources. Serve as a resource to department managers and other employees.
- Celebratetheachievementsandvictoriesofourdedicatedemployeesalongtheway.
- Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration,orarelatedfieldisrequired.
Workexperiencemaysubstituteforafour-year degree on a year-for-year basis. - Aminimumof3-5yearsof
Human Resources Management experience ,preferablyinhealthcare. - Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/orSPHRcertificationispreferred.
