• Plan,organize,andoverseeallfacetsofthe

  Resourcesdepartmenttoensureequitable treatment of all employees, in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Assumeresponsibilityforfosteringaninclusiveandproductiveworkenvironmentandculture.
• Implementemployeeprograms,policies,and procedures.
• Serveasavaluableresourcetodepartmentmanagersandotheremployees,actingastheliaison between Home Office HR and hospital management.
• Coordinatestaffeducationprograms,oversee workers'compensation program,andassistwith benefits administration.
• Directhospitalrecruitmentandretentionprogramtoensureavailabilityofappropriatestaffing resources. Serve as a resource to department managers and other employees.
• Celebratetheachievementsandvictoriesofourdedicatedemployeesalongtheway.

• Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration,orarelatedfieldisrequired.
  
  Workexperiencemaysubstituteforafour-year degree on a year-for-year basis.
• Aminimumof3-5yearsof
  
  Human Resources Management experience ,preferablyinhealthcare.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/orSPHRcertificationispreferred.
