This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a GTM/G&A Recruiter in Ireland.

As a GTM/G&A Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for Go-to-Market and General & Administrative roles across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on the UK and Riyadh markets. You will design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across creative, technical, and VFX disciplines while collaborating closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions. This role requires assessing candidates’ portfolios, managing the recruitment process end-to-end, and adapting strategies in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven environment.

You will also partner with a London‑based team to ensure alignment with organizational goals, culture, and priorities, making a direct impact on the company’s growth and talent acquisition success.

Accountabilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for GTM and G&A roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing
  • Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies for hybrid and non‑standard profiles
  • Conduct portfolio‑based evaluations for creative candidates to assess skills and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
  • Align recruitment efforts with company goals and culture in partnership with the London team>
  • Adapt recruiting strategies to ambiguous or evolving roles in a fast‑paced environment
  • Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience recruiting senior individual contributors, ideally across GTM and G&A roles
  • Proven ability to recruit hybrid or non‑standard profiles
  • Experience conducting portfolio‑based assessments for creative or technical candidates
  • Familiarity with EMEA recruitment, with UK and Riyadh markets strongly preferred
  • Ability to work primarily within UK time zone while coordinating with EU and US teams
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross‑functional and international teams
  • Experience managing full‑cycle recruitment and negotiating offers for senior roles
