Health Plus Staffing is looking for a Clinical Research Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Miami, FL
. You will be responsible for finding and placing clinical research professionals for roles in research facilities, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for positions like Clinical Research Coordinators, Clinical Trial Managers, and similar roles.
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the best candidates are selected.
• Manage the full recruitment process—from job posting to interviews and hiring.
• Use recruitment tools, databases, and social media to find and attract top talent.
• Build a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay up to date with trends and guidelines in clinical research recruiting.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting for clinical research positions.
• Knowledge of clinical research roles and the industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
