Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter
Out client is seeking an elite talent acquisition professional for a unique Executive Recruiter opportunity within the luxury residential construction, architecture, interior design, and owner’s rep space.
Role SnapshotBase: $90K–$100K+ (flexible - depending on experience)
Structure: Base + meaningful upside tied directly to performance
Focus: Outbound headhunting senior through executive level professionals (with confidentiality) in a tight-knit niche
Impact: Help drive the growth of a key business unit in a high‑trust market
Location: Fully remote within the US, with potential travel as needed
This is a heavy outbound, relationship‑driven recruiting role:
- Engaging and recruiting senior / executive-level talent
- Running a thoughtful, outbound search process (not just posting roles)
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships in a tight, high‑trust niche
- Partnering directly with a high-performing leadership team that rejects mediocrity, works in the trenches with you, and provides the resources you need to win
- Representing a company with an established, winning track record
- The goals and scope of this position are genuinely unique; it is not a typical “fill the reqs” role.
- For the right person, this will be a fun, challenging, and highly rewarding opportunity to help build something special from the inside.
If you are an experienced recruiter who enjoys outbound work, building genuine relationships, and being close to the growth of the business – or you know someone who is – our agency would like to connect.
