The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the Human Resources Department in Omaha, NE. From recruitment and onboarding to event planning and internal communications, this role is essential for the smooth operation of HR functions.

• Coordinate various company events and recruitment activities
• Assist in recruiting efforts and candidate selection
• Manage HRIS systems and maintain employee records
• Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and orientation
• Create and distribute internal communications

• Associates degree and 1-3 years of related experience
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft
• A team player with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in graphic design tools like Canva and strong PC skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment and handle multiple demands
• Experience with internal communications and employee relations
• Must adhere to company policies and procedures and work collaboratively with various departments
• Will primarily work in the office with occasional work from home options
