Role:
Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist
A self-driven recruiter who builds "always-ready" pipelines, engages passive and active candidates with empathy and persuasion, and implements AI-powered solutions to streamline hiring. You'll own end-to-end recruitment, hit aggressive KPIs, and lay the foundation for an expanding HR team.
What You’ll DoPipeline Creation & Management
Continuously source and pre-qualify candidates across all disciplines.
Present 35 top candidates within few days of requisition.
Candidate Engagement & Closure
Build rapport through clear, empathetic communication.
Conduct high-volume screening interviews, reading beyond resumes.
HR Process & Optimization
Design and refine workflows for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
Track and report on KPIs: time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, candidate satisfaction, offer-acceptance rates.
Identify, deploy, and iterate on AI tools (resume parsing, chatbots, outreach automation) to boost efficiency.
Strategic Talent Partnerships
Map LATAM talent markets by discipline.
Cultivate medium-/long-term sourcing channels: universities, communities, niche platforms.
Future Team Leadership
Act as the HR "quarterback" today, with responsibility to hire and mentor a recruitment team as we scale.
