RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESProvides mid-level Human Resources support, including benefits counseling, processing HR actions (e.g., FEGLI, FEHB administration), and assisting with new hire orientation and separation processing. Responds to HR inquiries and helps maintain HR records and systems. May serve as Telework/Remote Work Coordinator or Wellness Program Administrator. Qualifications Education / Experience Requirements / QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field + 3 years relevant HR experience.
- Equivalency:
Associate's Degree + 5 years relevant HR experience; OR 7 years relevant HR experience.
- Relevant professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR) is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
4–6 years HR experience in federal environment
