Role DescriptionThis part-time remote position is for a Recruiter - Indeed Job Posting
. This position is responsible for posting jobs and screening candidates on the Indeed platform. In addition, the Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and make recommendations for talent acquisition strategies.
- Must own an Indeed Employer account for posting jobs
- Experience with Indeed and MUST have Knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
