Requirements:

  • Fluency in German:
    Native or advanced fluency in German is mandatory.
  • Location:

    Must be located in South Africa.
  • Ability to guide new hires through the onboarding process.
  • Ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into the company.
  • Experience in coordinating and managing the collection of necessary documents from new employees.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations during the document collection process.
  • Ability to provide effective communication training to new team members.
  • Ensuring that new employees are well-equipped to perform their roles through targeted training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding:
    Assist new hires by guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Document Collection:
    Coordinate and manage the collection of necessary documents from new employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Communication Training:
    Provide essential communication training to new team members to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
