Position: Payroll Market Supervisor – Midwest / Central Time Zone (Remote)
Location: Berry Hill

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Oversee payroll functions within the specified market and coordinate with centralized payroll operations
  • Manage timely and accurate execution of payroll cycles and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Provide operational guidance to payroll resources and resolve complex payroll issues
  • Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams to enhance payroll processes and reporting
  • Assist with internal and external payroll audits and maintain confidentiality of employee information

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • A High School Diploma is required
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity
  • Workday Payroll experience is required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is preferred
  • Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and HRIS systems
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish as a second language is preferred
