Job Description & How to Apply Below

and the job listing Expires on January 2, 2026

We are the #1 fastest-growing private company in Columbus, Ohio (According to Inc. 5000), and are quickly becoming one of the top and youngest financial planning firms in the country. Peak has grown from one team member to over 40 team members in less than 4 years. Our home office is located in Columbus, OH. At Peak, we seek to integrate Christian values and biblical principles in everything we do – from the standards we hold for our team culture to how we serve our clients, and we encourage advisors on our team to pursue the Certified Kingdom Advisor designation.

We are looking for an A+ Player who is looking to take charge and join a motivated group. If you are not growth-minded, then this is not the job for you. We run fast, work hard, and strive to make a Kingdom impact. This role is for someone looking for a career, not only a 9-5 job.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented HR Specialist to support the continued growth of our Human Resources department. As a firm that has tripled in size over the past year, this role is essential to helping us onboard new team members successfully, maintain compliance, and track HR performance through meaningful metrics. The ideal candidate brings strong follow-through, cares deeply about people and process, and invests in Peak’s long-term vision to grow beyond 500-1000+ team members in the next 5-10 years.

  • The ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • A desire to grow within the company long-term
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to detail
  • Exceptional organization and a proactive mindset
  • Strong ability to manage time and competing priorities
  • Reliable follow-through on delegated responsibilities
  • Knowledge of State and Federal labor laws
Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the early stages of our in-depth hiring process
  • Review and track applications across open roles
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate and compliant internal documentation
  • Track hiring data and HR KPIs to support strategic decisions
  • Help ensure every new team member is set up for success in their role
