- Conduct job evaluations and create job structures with appropriate pay grades
- Develop and maintain compensation guidelines and ensure compliance with compensation regulations
- Analyze market trends and survey results to recommend updates to compensation practices
- Oversee the accuracy of compensation data within the HRIS and support compensation-related projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 6+ years of related experience in compensation analysis
- Technical knowledge of competitive compensation practices and legal requirements
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies and compensation program strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Workday experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on creative solutions
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Ability to explain complex compensation concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in conducting compensation modeling and market reviews
