What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide guidance to People Experience Business Partners and business leaders on compensation strategies and job evaluations
  • Conduct job evaluations and create job structures with appropriate pay grades
  • Develop and maintain compensation guidelines and ensure compliance with compensation regulations
  • Analyze market trends and survey results to recommend updates to compensation practices
  • Oversee the accuracy of compensation data within the HRIS and support compensation-related projects
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 6+ years of related experience in compensation analysis
  • Technical knowledge of competitive compensation practices and legal requirements
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies and compensation program strategies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with employees at all levels
