Due to our expansion, we are looking for a senior recruitment consultant to assist in our expansion.
Responsibilities- Build full recruitment strategy to meet company’s hiring targets.
- Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers when required.
- Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, and facilitate pre‑interview assessments.
- Compile interview questions and conduct in‑person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Document processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
- Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, staying informed of field advancements.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements.
- Support hiring managers in defining their needs and specifying requirements.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Prefer to have CEI and experience in employment agencies.
- Meticulous, persistent & responsible.
- Ability to generate own clients and candidates.
Open to discuss flexible working hours and work from home. Mature workers are welcome.
