Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 (dependent on experience) + uncapped bonus potential
Location: 3rd Floor, Tyler's House, Tylers Ave, Southend-on-Sea SS1 2BB
Driving Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential
Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home (after induction)
Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays per annum

Reed Southend is looking for a Permanents Recruitment Consultant to join their established team. The role will focus on permanent recruitment in the Engineering market

• Client Development: Build strong partnerships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored permanent recruitment solutions.
• Talent Attraction: Source and engage high‑quality candidates for permanent placements. This includes writing compelling job adverts, proactive headhunting, networking, and leveraging social media to maintain a robust candidate pool.
