About the Company

We are a rapidly growing Web3 company at the forefront of innovation in the crypto and decentralized finance space. As we prepare for a major product launch in Q3 and scale operations across Europe and APAC, we’re seeking a high-impact Head of Talent to join our executive team in Q2 and lead the company’s global people strategy during this exciting phase of hypergrowth.

Role Overview

As Head of Talent, you will be responsible for building and scaling a world-class team across multiple continents. You’ll lead talent acquisition, employer branding, organizational development, and culture strategy to ensure we attract, retain, and grow the best talent in the Web3 space. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to align people operations with business priorities across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a holistic global talent strategy aligned with our mission, values, and growth goals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team on all things people-related—from team design to succession planning.

Recruitment & Employer Brand

  • Own end-to-end talent acquisition across all functions and markets, with a focus on technical and leadership roles.
  • Build a high-performance hiring engine, leveraging data, tools, and networks to attract top-tier global talent.
  • Champion our employer brand and drive outreach strategies for diverse and underrepresented talent pools.

International Expansion & Workforce Scaling

  • Support organizational scaling across EU and APAC regions, ensuring compliant and culture-forward hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with legal and operations teams to stand up regional HR infrastructure, policies, and systems.

Culture, Engagement & Retention

  • Architect and evolve company culture as we scale, ensuring strong alignment across distributed teams.
  • Design and implement feedback systems, engagement programs, and DEI initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

People Operations & Org Development

  • Partner with Finance and Operations on headcount planning, compensation design, and workforce analytics.
  • Lead performance management, career pathing, and L&D programs to support employee growth and business impact.
Qualifications

Experience:

  • 10+ years in talent leadership roles, ideally in high-growth tech or Web3 environments.
  • Proven success in scaling teams across global markets, especially in remote or distributed-first settings.
  • Track record of building diverse teams, launching scalable people programs, and working closely with founders/C-suite.

  • Deep understanding of the tech talent landscape and startup dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational rigor and people-first mindset.
  • Confident navigating ambiguity and building infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Strong leadership presence and exceptional communication skills.
