Position: Sr. Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner | Remote

Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster – Remote (Texas)

Our client is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to join their Texas team. The remote position is responsible for managing Texas Workers’ Compensation Lost Time claims from inception to closure. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Texas law and proven experience handling complex claims. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity offering remote flexibility, medical/dental/vision/401k benefits, competitive pay, and the potential to transition to a permanent role.

pay range

$42.00/hr - $55.00/hr

tumKey Responsibilities
  • Independently handle moderate to complex Texas Workers’ Compensation claims from start to resolution.
  • Oversee medical treatment and billing, ensuring compliance with Texas Workers’ Compensation guidelines and appropriate cost management.
  • Negotiate settlements with injured workers and their attorneys in accordance with Texas law.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide excellent customer service while adhering to company best practices.
Requirements
  • 3‑7+ years of experience handling Texas Workers’ Compensation claims.
  • Must reside in Texas.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Texas Workers’ Compensation law and regulations.
  • Proven experience managing litigated files.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High School Diploma required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
