HR Coordinator

Employer Industry: Digital Marketing Agency

• Salary up to $23 an hour

• Assist with the recruitment process, including ATS administration and candidate communication
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, including conducting orientation and manager training
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefits questions and assist with annual enrollment
• Process employee change actions, including terminations and promotions, cmp and assist with payrollvient processing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and prepare ad hoc reports as needed

• BA in Human Resources and/or SHRM-CP and/or at least 1 year of relevant HR experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization
• Proficiency in Google Suite including Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive

• Passionate about learning and developing across all areas of HR
• Outstanding detail orientation
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• Excited and able to work remotely
