What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Film o the manager administrative tasks within the Human Resources department, including recruiting and onboarding new employees
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information and performance reviews
  • Assist employees with enrollment in health insurance and benefits programs
  • Coordinate training programs, including new hire orientation and ongoing professional development
  • Generate dje HR reports on staffing levels, turnover rates, and other key metrics
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required;
    Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of related experience in customer service or human resources
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems such as Workday (HRIS)
