This is a commission‑driven role with the opportunity to earn between 30–75% of your production and a base draw. No prior recruiting experience is required; training, tools, resources, coaching, and guidance are provided.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions.
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently.
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews; assist in negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
