Campus Recruiter – Actuarial & Graduate Programs

The Campus Recruiter will focus on recruiting for actuarial internship and full-time roles, support Humana’s first-year early identification program for actuarial and information technology tracks, and assist with graduate intern recruiting across a variety of job profiles. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders, program managers, and academic institutions to attract, assess, and onboard top talent.

* Key Responsibilities:

** Support the execution of campus recruiting strategies for actuarial, early identification, and graduate roles, ensuring alignment with Humana’s hiring goals and business needs.
** Candidate Experience & Selection
** Use market knowledge to advise hiring managers on potential bottlenecks and develop a strategy to influence the candidates’ decision to join. Measure the campus recruiting program’s successes and growth opportunities through internal data.
** Required Qualifications
** 2+ years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, university relations, or related fields.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizations. Ability to travel for peak campus recruiting seasons as required.

Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., Hire Vue, Hacker Rank, Workday, Handshake).Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
** Preferred Qualifications
** Success in planning and executing large-scale campus recruiting events. Customer-focused mindset with strong consultative skills. To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.  Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.  Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.  

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.  Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
