Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with an establishedpany based in Ontario. We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a contract basis until December 31st, 2026. This will be a fully remote position, however there will be a requirement to travel to their Brampton office and attend campus events occasionally within the GTA.
Your new role
Manage approximately 60 requisitions at any given time; collaborate weekly with Pharmacy Directors to prioritize top 15–20 roles.Partner with three other recruiters to identify urgent needs and source candidates through Linked In, Indeed, college websites, and other platforms.Execute headhunting and pipelining initiatives, including outreach to university students and niche talent pools.Recruit for a variety of roles:
Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Assistants, Store Managers, Directors, and Team Leads.Utilize Linked In, Indeed, and Workday ATS for sourcing and applicant tracking.Post job openings, attend hiring events, and participate in strategy and presentation meetings with hiring managers and HR.Conduct weekly status meetings with hiring managers and HR to review progress and priorities.Perform ad-hoc recruitment duties as needed.What you'll need to succeed
5+ years of recruitment experience (in-house preferred); 3+ years agency experience considered if strong headhunting background.Must be Bilingual in English and FrenchProven experience recruiting for remote or hard-to-fill locations.Pharmacy industry experience preferred, but open to other sectors.Strongmunication and public speaking skills; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn and take initiative.Experience with Workday ATS is an asset.What you'll get in return
