American Senior Communities is now hiring a Talent Acquisition Parter for the Home Health Division

The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with Hiring Managers on a regular basis to proactively identify future hiring needs, design and implement recruiting strategies, manage all job listing, screen candidates, set interviews and will be responsible for lifecycle hiring.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare recruitment field.
