Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work from home. The Human Resources Specialist will manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and support personnel management processes.
Daily tasks include recruiting and onboarding new talent, ensuring compliance with company policies, handling HR documentation, and fostering a positive workplace environment that aligns with the company’s values and vision.
Qualifications- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge of HR Policies and implementation
- Strong background in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities idan
- Editable vernacular HR software and tools is an advantage
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations in Egypt
