Employee Relations Advisor – Ocado Logistics

We’re looking for a confident and proactive ER Advisor to join our People Team. In this role you will be the go‑to expert for ER matters across our Head Office, managing the full spectrum of employee relations activity from grievances, disciplinary cases and investigations to trend analysis and preventive solutions.

  • Own and resolve all ER casework for head office staff, including high‑level disciplinary matters, appeals, grievances, sickness['', data reporting and more.
  • Provide proactive ER support to몇approximately 400 매저 managers, ensuring timely and compliant outcomes.
  • Analyze data to spot trends, identify root causes and collaborate with the instituição wider People team to improve the colleague experience.
Qualifications

Previous ER experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and the following:

  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of UK employment law
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and multitask when dealing with volume cases
  • Accurate record‑keeping of all actions and documentation through to conclusion
  • Passion for initiatives that improve performance, attendance, retention and overall employee experience

Experience in any of the following roles is valued: ER Advisor, ER Specialist, ER Case Officer, ER Case Handler or HR Advisor.
