Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure.

FTC for 12 months.

Design, lead and execute a comprehensive comms strategy for organisational change and redundancies. The role needs to ensure leaders, those employees departing and those employees staying receive clear, empathetic, and timely information that aligns with local and legal requirements and global business objectives.

• Advise and coach senior leaders, HR business partners and line managers on delivering difficult messages
• Multi-channel content creation – draft all comms FAQs, scripts, all hands presentations
• Sentiment tracking – monitor feedback and provide feedback loop
• Global people change comms playbook
• Localised toolkit for country managers, functional managers and HRBPs
