- Serve as the primary functional lead for Workday Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation modules
- Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes, frameworks, eligibility rules, and security configurations
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline end‑to‑end workflows across recruiting, talent, and compensation
- Leverage AI tools to optimize recruiting workflows, talent insights, and compensation analysis
- Ensure all system changes follow established change management and compliance standards
- 4+ years of experience in Workday functional configuration, with deep expertise in Recruiting, Talent, and/or Advanced Compensation
- Strong experience designing and optimizing complex Workday business processes
- Proven ability to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Experience partnering cross‑functionally with HR, Finance, and IT teams
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Experience with Workday Extend, RaaS, integrations, or automation frameworks
- Exposure to or hands‑on experience with AI‑enabled HR solutions
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, ITGC)
