Overview

The Mason Group - Strategic Search Partners is recruiting for a designated Accounting/Finance professional and/or experienced Accounting Recruiter to join a Vancouver-based team. Currently a work-from-home remote role (within BC, Greater Vancouver Regional District preferred). The role emphasizes locating, interviewing, and identifying fit with existing clients and developing those relationships into new clients. The ideal candidate is an extremely well-organized self-starter, able to manage multiple dynamic projects and communicate with keen attention to detail.

Base pay range: CA $75,000.00/yr - CA $95,000.00/yr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter to learn more.

• Identify, interview, and evaluate accounting/finance candidates to fit client needs.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and cultivate new business opportunities.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, coordinating with recruiters and clients to move searches forward in a timely manner.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive candidate experience and successful placements.

• Maintain organized records and provide regular updates to the team on search status.

• A Canadian CPA designation or foreign accounting designation with reciprocity.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• A passion for working with and helping people.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and a reputation as a high-achiever.
• An overwhelming drive to succeed.
• Excellent critical thinking and interpersonal skills, including the desire to think outside the box and be creative.
