La figura avrà l'opportunità di supportare i manager nelle tematiche HR e dovrà possedere una laurea o master in ambito umanistico, economico o giuridico, con almeno 2 anni di esperienza in HR. È richiesta una buona conoscenza dell'inglese e del pacchetto Office.
