• Partner with hiring managers to understand strategic hiring needs and deliver talent research and insights quickly

• Utilize data‑driven insights to inform search strategy and guide Talent Acquisition partners
• Foster long‑term relationships and think across verticals to maximize the talent advantage

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive search, talent research, or an equivalent in‑house function
• Proven experience with full‑lifecycle leadership recruiting, including sourcing through closing
• Track record of sourcing executive‑level technical talent across various industries
• Ability to work with changing requirements and senior stakeholders with humility and partnership

• Experience navigating complex sourcing channels, including social media and industry publications
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
• Passion for solving difficult talent problems with innovative sourcing strategies
• Comfort in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple projects with shifting priorities
