What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, including calendar management and communication
  • Lead and coordinate HR‑related projects, ensuring timely execution and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Organize and manage Board of Trustees’ Executive Committee compensation reviews and HR Policy Manual updates
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly operating reports and presentations for the Board of Trustees
  • Draft and disseminate internal communications, ensuring alignment with HR content and resources
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred, along with four (4) years of relevant experience
  • Experience in higher education preferred
  • Background in Human Resources preferred
  • Strong project management and problem‑solving skills
  • Advanced technology proficiency and excellent organizational skills
