Workday Reporting Consultant - Remote in Germany

We are keen to speak with experienced Workday Reporting Specialists, who are interested in joining a rapidly growing DACH Practice of one of the largest Workday Partners globally. Whilst existing certifications are appreciated, we welcome applications from candidates without consulting experience, making this a unique opportunity to join an established consultancy and get certified in Workday. These are permanent and fully remote roles, although some occasional travel to the office and client sites might be required.

Salaries will depend on level of experience and certifications, with packages going up to around €85,000.

As a Workday Reporting Consultant, you will play a key role in the success of new Workday deployments and optimisation projects, working with numerous clients across various industries. You will join a dynamic and highly-skilled team of Workday professionals, working on both new implementations and AMS activities; allocation of resources generally depends on client needs, however personal preferences are also highly valued and taken into account.

• Strong Workday technical skills, including the ability to build and maintain reports and dashboards across various HCM modules
• Advanced knowledge of reporting tools including Report Writer and Calculated Fields; experience with PRISM, Worksheets, BIRT would be an advantage
• Strong customer-facing skills
• Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in both English and German
• Eligibility to live and work in Germany with no visa restrictions
