My client, a well‑established recruitment business with a strong reputation in M&E delivery, is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support continued growth across the UK and European markets.

This role suits a recruiter with a solid background in blue‑collar / site‑based placements, who enjoys fast‑paced delivery and wants flexibility without sacrificing progression.

• End‑to‑end delivery recruitment within M&E (Mechanical & Electrical).
• Placing blue‑collar trades and site operatives across the UK and Europe.
• Managing live requirements and tight delivery deadlines.
• Building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Working closely with clients to support workforce delivery.
• Ensuring compliance and onboarding standards are met.

• Proven experience placing blue‑collar workers (construction, M&E, engineering, etc.).
• Strong delivery‑focused recruitment experience.
• Comfortable managing volume and time‑sensitive roles.
• Self‑motivated, organised, and commercially aware.

• Hybrid working: 2 days Central London office / 3 days remote.
