This is a senior‑level specialist role in our contract team, where you will connect in‑demand tech talent with leading businesses and build your own market.
Responsibilities- Building relationships with clients and candidates in the US or German tech market
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high‑quality contract professionals
- Writing job adverts and managing your candidate pipeline
- Supporting the full recruitment process from first call through to offer and start date
- Working closely with senior consultants to understand market trends and hiring needs
- Bringing ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to a collaborative, sales‑driven team
- Driven and ambitious – you like to win, are motivated by progression, and are excited by uncapped earnings
- Resilient – comfortable with targets and able to bounce back from setbacks
- Confident communicator – you enjoy speaking to new people and building relationships quickly
