This is a senior‑level specialist role in our contract team, where you will connect in‑demand tech talent with leading businesses and build your own market.

• Building relationships with clients and candidates in the US or German tech market
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high‑quality contract professionals
• Writing job adverts and managing your candidate pipeline
• Supporting the full recruitment process from first call through to offer and start date
• Working closely with senior consultants to understand market trends and hiring needs
• Bringing ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to a collaborative, sales‑driven team
