- Manage and administer HR, Payroll, and Benefits for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Serve as the primary resource for employees regarding HR, Payroll, and Benefits, maintaining effective communication with management and clients
- Oversee multi-state payroll operations, including wage calculations and payroll deductions
- Coordinate and manage employee health and welfare plans, including open enrollment processes
- Prepare and analyze reports for compliance with government regulations and client‑specific needs
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of HR, Payroll, and Benefits experience
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with ADP experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Certifications related to HR, Payroll, and Benefits (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
- Experience with various state and federal regulations such as COBRA, ERISA, and FMLA
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development in HR and Payroll best practices
