• Manage and administer HR, Payroll, and Benefits for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Serve as the primary resource for employees regarding HR, Payroll, and Benefits, maintaining effective communication with management and clients
• Oversee multi-state payroll operations, including wage calculations and payroll deductions
• Coordinate and manage employee health and welfare plans, including open enrollment processes
• Prepare and analyze reports for compliance with government regulations and client‑specific needs

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred
• 2-4 years of HR, Payroll, and Benefits experience
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with ADP experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Certifications related to HR, Payroll, and Benefits (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
• Experience with various state and federal regulations such as COBRA, ERISA, and FMLA
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce
• Commitment to ongoing learning and development in HR and Payroll best practices
