Een recruiting organisatie in Amsterdam zoekt een maatschappelijk recruiter die jonge mensen begeleidt en helpt bij het vinden van werk. Je staat dichtbij zowel talent als de organisatie en maakt echt een verschil. Ervaring in HR of recruitment is een plus, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn belangrijker. Je krijgt een jaarcontract voor 32-40 uur met een salaris tussen de €2.700,- en €3.500,- op basis van 40 uur.
Daarnaast krijg je diverse ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en flexibele werkopties.
