Sr. HRIS Business Systems Analyst

• Salary up to $115,000 per year

• Serve as the primary functional lead for Workday Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation modules
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes and frameworks
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline workflows
• Partner with internal teams to evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions
• Ensure compliance with change management and audit requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Workday functional configuration, specifically in Recruiting, Talent, and/or Advanced Compensation
• Strong experience in designing and optimizing complex Workday business processes
• Proven ability to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Experience collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience with Workday Extend, RaaS, integrations, or automation frameworks
• Exposure to AI-enabled HR solutions
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX and ITGC
