People Department Generalist – Ardmore Facility
The People Department Generalist serves as the primary on‑site people partner for the Ardmore facility, supporting employees and leaders across the full employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for day‑to‑day people operations, employee relations, compliance, recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance support. The Generalist acts as a trusted advisor to site leadership while ensuring alignment with company‑wide People policies, processes, and culture.
This position also supervises the Receptionist and is responsible for administering other office‑related duties. This role may also assist with supporting the company's Bentonville, Arkansas facility as needed.

Education / Experience – Required- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting hourly, skilled trades, or operations‑heavy environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- HR experience in aviation, manufacturing, MRO, or regulated environments.
- Multi‑site or matrixed organization experience.
- PHR, SHRM‑CP, or similar certification.
- Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), as well as familiarity with HRIS systems.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations- PHR, SHRM‑CP, or similar certification is preferred.
- Primarily office‑based with regular presence on the shop floor.
- May require occasional travel to other company locations.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Walk, sit, talk or hear, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms; lift or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally; requires close, distance, color, and depth vision and the ability to adjust focus.
