Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our clients and the growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth pre-screen interviews to assess leadership style, technical expertise, qualifications, reasons for movement, compensation information, and cultural alignment.
  • Deliver curated shortlists and comprehensive candidate summaries to client stakeholders.
  • Advise on compensation benchmarking, talent availability, and succession planning strategies.
  • Source and engage top leadership talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Leverage the CRM to track candidate outreach and pipelines.
  • Sourcing candidates from multiple platforms (e.g., Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Linked In).
  • Manage the offer process.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience working remotely.
