As our Senior/Lead Recruiter you’ll build and own the full recruiting engine across Europe/LATAM and USA – sourcing, engaging, and closing world‑class talent. This intense, hands‑on role gives you full ownership and a chance to shape our team, velocity, and trajectory from day one.

Location:
Remote – available in all countries with 4+ hour overlap for the US ET timezone (NYC HQ)
- Own end‑to‑end recruiting across product, GTM, and leadership roles
- Build and deliver a high‑velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies across communities, open source, and events
- Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning
- Solve complex talent challenges with first‑principles thinking and high‑speed execution
- Drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate Dual Entry’s growth
- Build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up
- 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in high‑growth startups
- Proven track record sourcing and closing top GTM and product talent
- Deep expertise in technical sourcing, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics
- Practical, high‑speed recruiting approach with strong ownership
- Experience building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency
- Significant equity ownership in a leading AI company
- Early‑stage role with high autonomy and long‑term upside
- Equity: ~$40K USD
